Vibration level controls are used where it is necessary to control the minimum or / and maximum level of solid substances in powder or granular form. They are used for level control in silos for feed, flour, sawdust, sand, cement, etc., in transport, dosing, storage and processing plants for plastics or other bulk materials with a density greater than 30g / liter and maximum grain size of 8mm, in foundries and cement factories. These controls are suitable for use in contact with food. Their operation is based on the activation of a vibrating fork whose two rods are activated by a piezoelectric source. When the vibrating fork comes into contact with the material to be controlled, the oscillation is dampened and this reduction in vibration is detected electronically by generating a switching signal. They are very sturdy devices supplied in an aluminum case and with AISI 316 stainless steel connections . They bear high mechanical loads thanks to the reduced extension of the vibrating fork. The use of this equipment is simple and does not require maintenance.
